Can I cancel or change my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible. Shipping address cannot be changed after the order is placed to prevent fraud. If you entered an incorrect shipping address you will need to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct address.
My item arrived damaged—what now?
