Scrappy hand quilted by me from upcycled materials and scrap fabrics. Wire added in brim and top so you can bend them to your liking. Many hours hand stitching on bird appliqué to make this witch hat extra special and unique. Lined with a sunflower/pumpkin/mushroom print fabric for a perfect accent. I put lots of time and love in this piece. It is one of my favorites so far! I hope you love it!
